  • Extra layer (Shingles): $30 per layer
  • Extra layer (Gravels or woodshake): $60 per layer

  • High slope (7/12-8/12): $60 per sq

Important Messages - Please Read

  • All pricing above are based on complete reroof of at least 20sq (2,000sqft) house, for smaller roofs please contact us.
  • Permit and cities fees are not included, for every job will be added cites fee and runner fee $150-$300 depending on distance.
  • All jobs are required minimum job of $4,500 (Price could change – Please contact us as needed).
  • All metal flashing will be color match to roof color
  • Best Remodeling Solution check weather before every job, if cover will be needed it’s an additional cost (please see plastic cover above – additional price section)
  • Please be aware for woodshake demolition, We recommend to cover the attic / garage from inside, many debris can fell inside, if you chose to cover will be an additional fee of $600 for each building (garage or attic), if you decide to leave it open – Best Remodeling Solution won’t take any responsibility for cleanup.
